  Took 2 dogs here for years. Got her back this time needing 6 stitches and $650 vet bill, and a lecture on "how I can prevent it in the future", and they would not charge me for special handling. Never a "we are sorry" by the owner. And the cut was irregular, choppy and nails not cut. I was told by front desk they had a new groomer. Reading other reviews, while the owner may say she had some leg matting, how do you explain 6 stitches (if you are an experienced groomer), ear hair cut off multiple lengths, tufts of hair sticking out everywhere, bald spots, uncut nails. (I have multiple pictures) And never any kind of apology, except from the manager on my follow up visit. Explain as you will, but another groomer was shocked at the injury.

  Our dog is a big baby and he is ok with going here so that says a lot. They are very fast which helps with his anxiety, they are very nice and always do a great job!

  This is for the Costa Mesa Location. My first time coming here, I called and they got Bula in within an hour. This NEVER happens at other groomers. I won't use another groomer again. Bula loves Ashlyn and I have been so happy with the results. They actually listen and don't cut her hair all weird. She's a mini sheepadoodle and other groomers charge a ridiculous amount for the grooming and make her look like a poodle. I like to keep her shaggy. I am on the weekly bath with a full groom per month and it is only slightly more than I would pay for a full groom. It is super convenient on 17th street, it's clean and they are just so nice! The owner showed me the computer program they use for pricing so, it is always the same. Pretty clever. They definitely do not overcharge and it is always consistent. They are definitely changing how grooming salons are run and they are taking every step to keep their customers happy! She goes to the beach a lot so, the weekly grooming helps me keep her coat soft, without matts and smelling good! I'm usually pretty good with upkeep but, the monthly option makes it possible for me to leave and my husband doesn't have to worry about keeping her brushed out. I have told anyone who will listen to check it out! You will not regret it! They are pretty fast too! LOVE!!!
