  Finally found some food that Mr. Finicky will eat. Friendly team at the store. Enjoyed the conversation with the team member at the check-out.

  Petco has good inventory, I always find what I am looking for. Good helpful team members, and I love the grooming facilities, Its like the all in one pet stop. Love it!

  Do not go to the la mesa location for grooming. I took two dogs,they called me to pick up one stating he was aggressive there. He has never shown any aggression towards groomers,vets,pet sitters. So it made me question the person to be honest. Also I had my female dog (yorkie) groomed. They completely ruined her,the lady stated they miss understood me about keeping a skirt. But no they mis understood the whole damn cut. Not only was it all to short, it didn't blend and looked choppy on the parts as well. Literally cried in my car looking at her. The lady seemed like it wasn't that off from what I asked and said we'll I didn't see any notes it looked like a new client and the only thing I cut off from you asked was the skirt. Didn't try to fix or correct or offer anything. Plus her tone wasn't truly sorry it was more of a oops well whatever it will go back and try again next time.

  Always pleasant. The groomers care about my dog and listen when I tell them they can't use scents because of our allergies. Our 80lb dog leaves fresh, clean and ready for cuddles

  Inconsistent service and unpredictable pricing with their dog grooming service. I’ve had appointments canceled 45 minutes prior that I've had booked for days, or been told I’d have to wait 4 hours to get my dog because the groomer went to lunch right at my scheduled time. What's the point of even scheduling an appointment if they can't stick to a schedule? To top it off, they charge me a different rate every time for the same short-haired dog (half the time they change my appointment to long hair and charge me more even though my dog obviously has short hair). It’s impossible to plan your day around a service this unreliable.
