The rooms are always very clean and comfortable. I’ve used Vetco services between La Mesa and Santee for the past 13 years and have had not one negative experience. I also highly recommend the Vital Care Premier program, it’s well worth it.

The attending vet was treating my pup with little to no respect and care that he needed. The tech was cleaning his ears and forced him to smell it, WHO EVEN DOES THAT?? They also treated us so rudely after the ear cleaning, like what did we even do to piss them off? THEN, they try to get more money out of us after all that?? Was several years of negative comments not enough to improve the place? I'm never coming here AGAIN after that experience.
