- LBlinda braesNov 7, 20251.0I’ve taken my dog here a couple of times recently, and unfortunately, this groomer just wasn’t a good fit for us. Both times, I felt the vibe was off, and my dog clearly picked up on it too. The groomer seemed quick to make excuses about my dog’s behavior, claiming she’s at the age where she doesn’t want her face groomed, which has never been an issue before. On my last visit, when I asked for her ear hair to be cleaned, the groomer sighed and even mentioned that dogs can have seizures if they don’t like grooming at this age—very unprofessional and unsettling. Overall, the customer service was poor these last two visits, and we won’t be returning. Too much of a turnover there and inexperienced groomers.
