All of sudden some rude woman screamed at him to get out of the chair. Startled me and my dog and him. Extremely unprofessional Becky!!! And yes I was staring at you hoping you would feel my disapproval of how you handled a situation. There other places to go Becky! I dont need to be witness to your unprofessional manager skills. There are many other ways you could of handled that situation. Yelling and storming around isn't the way Becky!!

But for some reason lately it has really gone downhill. The turnover and they're grooming department has really shown with seemingly a lack of appropriate knowledge for grooming a dog. Our latest visit we encountered one of the employees walking up to the front counter for no apparent reason (not to bring something there, or clock in, etc) and she was coughing, without covering her mouth. While she was up there she talked about having to have recently taken a covid test. She also talked about how she had just been on her 10 minute break. As we left, we saw her outside of the front door also coughing and using her vape. It felt super inappropriate that multiple employees around her acknowledged her cough and even told her she should be home and yet nobody followed through with it. Potentially exposing so many people to whatever she clearly had.

I had called the night before asking if they had a product in stock, and the clerk said they do and will have it upfront for me. I drove all the way to the store to find out the clerk never looked for the product and the store does not have it. I left my info to have the clerk call me to explain the situation and never got a call back or an apology. Very unprofessional and rude!
