Call to speak to the GM was told she was in a conference call and she would call me back. Waited about two hours and still no callback. Call them back again and she was finally off the call so I’m not sure if someone relayed the message or she just never got around to it once I spoke to the general manager and told her what had happened could definitely feel a little bit of attention and anger in her voice after telling her my experience. Can definitely see the lack of professionalism.

Oddly, my American Express account did confirm the purchase. The second cashier, Grace gave me Petco’s customer service number which I called and despite the rep., Princess’s best efforts, she could not find any confirmation of my payment on her end. Grace then rang up my 3 bags and honored the discount that was advertised online. I went home a happy camper.
- RARebeca AllenJan 2, 20261.0Today we went to purchase a dog tag for our dog. Simple endeavor. Another customer was in front of us being helped by a store employee at the kiosk. The associate knew we were in line to purchase one next. She didn't bother to inform us that we needed to purchase the tag at the register first. We haven't purchased a new dog tag in several years, the store has gotten a new machine. We didn't realize that the instructions for the machine were turned around on the dog tag display next to the kiosk. My husband asked another associate for help. She was extremely rude to him and told him, " It's fun to read.", and other rude remarks, then she promptly walked away. When my husband saw her again in the store and told her how unprofessional she was to him earlier, she just argued with him and walked away again! Extremely poor customer service! The other employees saw her behavior towards my husband and didn't apologize just looked away! It's sad that customer service has gone down the toilet. Petco do better! We won't be purchasing other items for our dogs here. We'll shop at other stores that respect their shoppers! 👎

A lot of the products had to price label, and no one to ask for prices. There was trash everywhere, and the store looks overall messy. When we were checking out the cashier Jen was texting on her phone and not paying attention to the transaction; she forgot my discounts, and was very rude overall. We got our dog groomed by Melissa, and she was very nice and patient with our puppy.
