Oh yeah, I also got snails mystery snails, and gold Inca snails at this location. The employees are great in this order. Jason is number one he Builds rapport with the customer to ensure a good business relationship. Jason is an active listener, Finds common ground with a customer, and he is empathetic and authentic. This guy really is helpful. He really cares about the customers. He really cares about his job. He really cares about Petco. He really takes his job seriously but he’s good at it cause he’s professional in a good mood and he’s gonna like try to work with you to figure out something to like for example Your coupon is not working. He’ll get corporate on the line and be like hey can you help this guy with his coupon and he’ll make stuff happen. At least he’ll try. If you deal with Jason, you’re definitely gonna leave with a smile. Number 2 Thomas he’s very professional and he seems to really like his job and he’s in a good mood and he’s smiling and he seems happy and he’s very helpful and he’s very glad to help you. Number three is tied between Leo and Tony. Only because I haven’t had much interaction with them, but Leo helped me get my snails and helped me with my aquatic plants and he was very professional and was in a good mood and had a good attitude. Tony is very efficient and very professional and makes sure that the customers get through the line and check out to the register as fast but efficient but not too fast. The store is very helpful because they have Jason Thomas, Leo and Tony. These guys are holding the store together. The employees are great. I’m sure all the other employees are great also, I just haven’t met them. I have nothing bad to say about this location. I recommend this location for snails aquatic plants, and Betta fish and dog treats that’s the only stuff I’ve bought there so I cannot recommend anything else but if you can recommend some stuff, I think you can leave a comment somewhere
