I brought my dog here twice. I really wanted to support them since they offered boarding, and doggy daycare, on top of the grooming services. I thought it would be convenient to have an all in one place for my dog needs. The first time I came to pick him up, I was disappointed with the hair cut and asked if they could trim him shorter. I had been thorough about the haircut I wanted before I left him. They were nice about it and trimmed him more.
The second time I brought him, the haircut was butchered. It looked like somebody new or didn’t know what they were doing groomed him. Additionally, they said that he tried to bite the groomer when clipping his front nails and that he would have to be sedated to return. I had specifically told them he did not like his front nails trimmed and recommended a muzzle. My dog is almost 7 years old and during that whole time I have never been told that he needed to be sedated to be groomed, which solidified the idea that whoever groomed him was not competent.

Brought my two dogs here twice. Each was for one week, over a 6 week period. I picked up my dogs after the first week, and noticed they were not given their play toys. I advised them of this and I thought that would be the end of it.
Nope, bring them both in for another week and not only did they not give them their play toys, both dogs were panting heavily and appeared physically exhausted when I came to pick them up a day early, without notice. When I got them to the car, I gave them water. They went for it like they never had it before.
I went back in and demanded a refund. They gave me the refund after I threatened to report the owner to the state. Then one of the front office staff tells me, "If you did not like the place the first time, then you should have known better to bring them back a second time."
Wow, really?? So they make my dogs suffer??
I spoke with the owner and her front office staff. And It is obvious, they couldn't care less about making sure your pet(s) are properly taken care of.

Nice atmosphere, that's about it. I left my two dogs there for eleven days. One came out with a respiratory infection which the staff at the lounge did not mention at any time. Soon the second dog got the first dog's infection.
They also ask you to take food for your dog Be careful of what utensils you leave with them. They missplaced two of the items I took.
