- MOMary Kay OliphantDec 18, 20252.0First off the young girl that checked me in was rude and condensating to me callin me hon and other terms like I was one of her younger sisters and not a customer. We had to wait a half hour for our appointment because the person before me had 5 cats to get shots. They should have scheduled more time for that visit instead of making me and my dog wait. This stressed out my dog. Then the guy that was helping the Veterinarian rushed towards my already nervous dog and didn't give him time to get comfortable and immediately wanted to muzzle him. I said no and he slowed down and my dog was fine. The cost was not cheaper than going to my Vet and I will never return to Vetco. They need more professional help or at the very least more training and supervision.
