Petco just lost another customer. Through the last few years the reward programs has whittled away the benefits. First with the dog food, buy so many get one free, to a price cap. The food is $60+ Goodbye per bag and the cap doesn't come close. Now? The grooming rewards just disappeared as I finally reached the free one. What is going on? Forget it! I'll wash my own dog. At $80 plus tip is high enough. Let's not forget the employees that also loose out. It's hard enough to find work in rural America and this is just another nail in the coffin. Maybe the corporate people just don't need to care about the loss. I will share this experience with all my friends and family. Maybe they will see the hurt they put on their personal?

Staff are always friendly from my experiences and it’s a nice store but it is almost never restocked. You can’t always trust going there for stuff you may need immediately and there’s no other store close around that carry’s the fish stuff that they do and or other pet necessities. That’s how infrequently it’s re-stocked.
