  The store is clean and well organized. The employees are helpful and nice. I was looking for bird food and the employee walked me to the aisle and showed me where it was. Most places they will tell you the location. She walked me there. Very nice customer service. 😁

  The girl (cashier) was amazing she helped me to down load the Pet Co app and explain to me about dog foods and everything, she was amazing~

  The selection of pet supplies here is pretty good, and the staff is usually friendly and helpful. However, I've noticed that the store can get a bit disorganized at times, making it harder to find what I need. Overall, it's a decent place to shop for my pet's needs.

  This place is occasionally pretty stocked. The workers are really unhelpful and kind of mean, nobody is really around the store (besides cash register) to help. Maybe we went at a bad time of day. Fish are constantly dead or dying.

  I guess Petco doesn’t mind becoming the next big company to go under. Groomer and manager are so unprofessional. All I asked AT THE BEGINNING of drop off, was to ensure my Husky who I bring around every 6 weeks, gets dried properly so she doesn’t stink after the wash. After getting her back, I immediately let them know. She wasn’t all the way dry. The groomer proceeded to argue with me making me feel like I’m crazy and my dog wasn’t wet. She then proceeded to let me know that she has notes in the system that I’m a “difficult” customer and I should go somewhere else. All that I have ever asked is that my dog is dried properly. Manager didn’t care either he just stood there and laughed about it. The cashier was very nice when I went to go check out and she let me know that the store manager would get back to me after she took down my number, but I never received a call. I recommend using Bark Bus. They always dry my dog properly and if I ever have an issue (1 time), they come right back out and fix it with a loving attitude immediately.
