Not grasping you don’t knock on the door bc my dog will bark. First time my fault but knocking multiple times and then not telling the vet to not know completely beyond annoying. Then the vet wasn’t even going to come out to the room to examine my dog. After the lack of courtesy and lack of grasping the novelty of not knocking I’m expected to trust them to take my dog to the back for a corneal exam is insane

They of course wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars for the revisit as well. When they tested his ear for infection it came back clear however it was still hot to the touch. When I told the doctor she replied “I can’t do anything about that“ and then tried to sell me thousands of dollars of teeth cleaning that he didn’t need. I will never ever go back here again.
