- SHShaly HernandezSep 1, 20251.0There was a confusion and some discomfort and tension in communication by phone, almost an insistence about our dogs hair and as someone who prefers to groom our dog at home for obvious reasons - not to shabby but def not worth the cost, we’re def paying for the brand (PETCO). Won’t be retuning and shall find services elsewhere. We are a clean ingredients household including our dog. They wanted to charge us an extra fee as we brought our own dog shampoo bc it’s considered “medically necessary shampoo”, which is dumb. Service was decent, nothing exceptional - just the very basic friendly customer service esque and polite.
