Big mistake. They asked me in advance to bring proof of rabies vaccination. I brought exactly what they requested, and when I arrived they told me it was for the wrong dog and refused to take him. That was THEIR mistake, not mine. I’m nine months pregnant and won’t have another chance to bring him before my due date. Both of my dogs are always fully vaccinated. No flexibility, no accountability. They told me brushing would cost an extra $10 — I agreed. When I picked up my dog, they had charged me an additional $15 without informing me or getting my approval. They’ve called for approval in the past, but this time they just added charges without consent. Poor quality grooming and dishonest billing practices. Do NOT bring your dogs here.

Yet the bath was 2 hours long never got a phone call so I went down there myself self she was rushing trimming his nails and brushing him. She’s like I gave you an extra package. I don’t care you didn’t touch his ears the whole reason why I came in. If it wasn’t for Jerry I wouldn’t be going there and when she’s not there this place absolutely sucks. Be careful the managers there also don’t do much either. Very Disappointed
