- CCCoastalhome5 days ago1.0I’d like to share my recent experience at this Petco location. Today, I called ahead specifically to confirm that I could return an item at this store. I was told over the phone that it would be no problem, so I made the 30-minute drive out there. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive. She informed me that I couldn’t do the return there and that I would have to go to the same store where I originally purchased it. When I explained that I had just called this location to confirm, she acted like she had no idea who I spoke to and didn’t bother to check or apologize. It felt like a complete waste of my time and very disrespectful. I’m sharing this because customers’ time should be respected, and this kind of service isn’t acceptable.

Fish tanks, especially the saltwater were still filthy. They also had multiple incompatible fish in the same tiny cube together. Again, no training or don't care.

Within a week the tetra has ich disease. Now I’m scrambling to save the fish. Most likely the glofish at this store are all infected with ich. Beware.
