The staff member I spoke with was dismissive and repeatedly interrupted me while I was trying to describe my cat’s acute pain symptoms. Instead of seeking to understand or confirm details, she simply stated "I don't understand" in a very blunt and cold manner. Dealing with a pet’s injury is stressful enough; the front desk should be more empathetic and professional when communicating with concerned owners.

I took my senior 16 years cat Sushi here and everyone was so good with her and most importantly they made me feel super comfortable not pushing unnecessary vaccines or tests and just made sure they took care of the situation we came in for. The price was extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend Irvine Pet Hospital.
