- BCBraeden K. Cohen2 days ago1.0They were great while they were open. However they closed and ghosted all their patients. I’ve been trying to get my cats’ medical records for years and they are completely unresponsive. So incredibly unprofessional. If you’re an owner, and you see this, you seriously owe all of your patients the courtesy of providing them with their pets’ medical records. Absolutely shameful.

That is the number we *all* have been calling repeatedly. They *just* added a note in front of the website that says “temporarily closed” in the last 48 hours… So Why are you telling people to call you then? This is extremely strange and unprofessional.
