    I love this place, however I been trying to get a hold of them to update my dogs vaccines and I have not been able to get a hold of anyone for over a month now. Not sure whats going, they did not notify any of they’re clients.

    I've brought all of my pets here. And have seen all of the Doctors here. Dr. Wong and Dr. Choi are amazing doctors they've seen all of my pets Bucky and Bubba. I highly recommend bringing your pets here. Do not let negative reviews fool you. They're affordable and open during covid. Recommend calling before showing up. They do take walk-ins until they hit capacity.

    NEW REVIEW: This place has gone downhill so fast - it is terrible service now. After a visit it is impossible to get lab results, your prescription, or a call back from the doctor with lab-work interpretation. This is the second time I have not been able to get my prescription or results after a visit. The front desk clerk was confused about whether I was supposed to get a 7 day supply or a 14 day supply. She didn't understand that 14 tablets x 1/2 tablet twice daily = 14 day supply - according to her math it is only a 7 day supply. How can you feel confident taking your pet to a practice that can't get the basics of a prescription correct? I will never go here again. There is no doctor available to interpret my test results and so "legally" they cannot send me the lab-work I paid for?? I had to threaten to dispute the charge with American Express if they did not sent me the lab-work I paid for, and she finally agreed to "make an exception this one time." It is not my problem you can't get your doctors to return patient's calls, but you still need to provide your customers the test results they paid good money for in a TIMELY manner. I will never go here again it is by no means the same practice that it once was many years ago. Done forever with this place... OLD: REVIEW: I have been taking my accounts to this pet hospital for more than 10 years now. The doctors change from years to years, but it feels nice and safe for me to go when my cats are having an issue. When my older cat started dying of renal failure they were very kind and loving to me and they took very good care of her in the end. I had her cremated with them and the way they delivered her ashes back to me was very delicate and nice.
