  This place is okay, It could use a redesign of the floor. It a small store i feel if they reorganization to maximize space and products.

  Ever time l walk into this petco, I feel like I have entered the ninth circle of hell. They are sO SEVERELY understaffed and horribly managed it makes shopping there almost impossible. The shelves are constantly empty and the aisles are perpetually full of push out racks that will never make it to their designated spots because the customers end up shopping off of those. The line could have 30 people in it and one cashier, the manager will be watching yet won’t call anyone or step up to help at all. PLEASE hire competent staff. This is such a high traffic area. There’s no reason for it to be so bad.

  I recently visited a Petco location and was honestly disappointed with the overall condition of the store. The environment did not feel clean or well-maintained, and there were boxes left out in multiple areas, making the store look cluttered and unorganized. What stood out the most was the condition of the animals. They did not appear to be as lively or well-cared-for as expected, which was concerning. A pet store should prioritize the well-being and presentation of the animals, and this location did not give that impression. Additionally, the atmosphere among the staff felt off. The employees seemed disengaged and unhappy, which impacted the overall customer experience. I hope management takes steps to improve cleanliness, organization, and overall care standards, as well as employee morale, because this location has the potential to be much better.

  I’ve been coming to this PETCO for years!!!!! And for the pass 2-3 yrs probably more this place looks like a dumpster. This employees NEVER!!! Know ANYTHING! NEVER DO ANYTHING!!!!. Cashiers always tired and yawning for literally doing nothing. I wished I could have take a picture of how bad the walk way to the register is because JESUS CHRIST!!!!! If you ask one person a question the other will ask the person next to them as if the customer isn’t literally standing there yet never acknowledges them. The only people I see working are the grooming people. Please hire older more hard working people because this young people are literally treating this place like their house. They can’t even say it’s because they are “moving” things around it’s like this a worse app the time. So dangerous leaving equipment everywhere,piles of boxes , paperwork just laying there. Baskets full of toys and food. I hope that they at least are feeding the animals.

  First and foremost, I love Petco in general. Unfortunately, this place lags customer service when it comes to actually finding an associate to help in the store, it's like playing hide and seek. Some of the employees are very short answer or not familiar with products or stock. For example, I went to this place 3 weeks ago looking for liquid dewormer, searched for associate on the floor for about 15 minutes before realizing I had to stand in line to ask a question, which was another 12 minutes. When I was called next, I asked the cashier if they had any liquid dewormers, and he pointed at a glass case and said, " all the dewormer is in there, if you don't see it, we don't have it". I asked if there was any liquid dewormer in there and he said I would have to check myself. I had over 20 items in my arms, because the carts had all been in use at the moment, so once I got that response, I was instantly irritated with the lack of interest. So, I left all the items on the case where I had to check myself for liquid dewormer and took my purchases elsewhere. Luckily, with the help of easy to locate associate, who also seemed to enjoy his job, I found it at target for $11.
