  Is my favorite store , I buy my cats and dogs food here but ..... I schedule an appt for my German shepherd and I had to cancel because they were not gonna cut my dogs hair how I wanted. My dog suffers from allergies so I usually always cut all hes hair and the lady said she cant do it....not sure if they have policies of how they can cut every breeds hair ??

  Every time I bought a fish from here they have ick they are white specs that are highly parasitic and highly contagious and take over the rest of the tank within minutes my tank and fish are all suffering. I had to go get the medicine for ick at diffrent pet store they dont have none i wasted more money atthe end of the day.This time the poor sick Lil plecko had no chance he passed away 2 days later his belly was caved in like the petco had him starved its incredibly cruel to have supplies to medicate and properly feed them and these creatures are suffering and being sold in those conditions you can see all the fish have ick in their tanks they need to treat those poor fish asap.also the betta fish are soooo expensive they are twenty something dollars like wow yea just rather let the fish die and rot in a tiny cup wit minimum water that is insanely cruel cause who is gonna buy a fish for twenty plus bucks that's just wrong!! Also if people wore name tags I could tell you who this woman is that talks to me all aggressively her whole body language as soon as i walked in there she rolled her eyes and looked disgusted when I needed customer service she talks to me like im a criminal like shes mad at me like if im dumb or lying about the dead fish I was returning which has 30 day warranty and it was 4days only I had the receipt and she was questioning me trying to trick question me over and over the same question but in different ways to see if i was lying about how long the fish was dead when i had the receipt and the fish you can see that it had ick bumps then my receipt like she was gonna throw it n was like you don't need this receipt right ? Like in a way telling me this is trash i don't know how to explain the way she talks to me but she clearly saw i had other things i purchased on the receipt I don't know why but I felt bad I just walked away and just said its ok but it was not. she is there nights has like black curly messy hair in a tie shes a bit chubby If I could see her name tag I wouldn't have to say these things to describe her i don't want to seem like im criticizing her appearance but I don't know how else management can find her to correct her attitude. She was with another lady with black hair at the register and she was sweet curious about the fish telling her she wanted to see it like a whole diffrent vibe that made more sense unlike the other one. I'm only rating a star for each of these amazing night shift workers to the guy in the register hes very thin young man with a amazing personality and smile he was so patient also the young man who helped me in aquarium hes so cute with personality very helpful and the professional lady who helped me test my aquarium water she was excellent ifelt like she knew everything very smart shed make a great manager, she's Probably clean this place. Other than that this place needs to check on those animals please medicate those sick animals before selling them and change their drinking water should always stay clean. Its concerning.
