I took a picture of the gentlemen that is refilling the water for the mice because i reported to one of the employees that the mice were thirsty and didn't have a drop of water in their water tanks. The other following images are different types of fish dead on the filtration system, sometimes it's okay if it's a fish or two but for all of them to have a few dead on each tank? Very odd. You can tell that the fish haven't been removed for a while for them to be all piled up like that. 👎🏻 I wouldn't trust this place at all to care for any pets in their so called "VETCO" hospital. 🙅🏻♀️ I will update this post once they have everything figured out!

I even told her I didn't want to enroll and she kept signing me up anyway. Awful customer service on her end. The line was getting big and there was only one cashier (the pushy and rude one).
- TWThe Dead WitchNov 1, 20251.0This Petco is one of the nearest pet stores near my house. I usually shop here for treats for my cats. I do not always buy products bc one flea treatment spray made my cat sick and come to find out its fatal to cats. And its still in shelves. Granted this was years ago. I recently went last weekend and decided to look at the fishes. Sad to say i was not surprised to see how unmantained they kept the fish tanks. Fishes were stuck in those air filters and some were even dead and kept with the other fishes. One was even eating the other. I am disappointed and I hope to see management do something about that.

I made an appointment and called to verify that my appointment time would be honored still after arriving one minute late and was told I'd have to return three hours later. The groomer claimed that because I was late, she wouldn't be able to honor my appointment even though she was overbooked and not finished with a client that was before my SCHEDULED appointment. I'll never return here or refer anyone to get their dog groomed.
