Jeremy was so helpful and friendly, he pointed out the exact cat food I was looking for. I bought a case The cashier, Drake was also friendly. What a great place to shop. There are three more events I am attending in Central Park in the next few weeks. I will certainly be coming back here.
- TST SSep 21, 20253.0As a longtime member who spends thousands of dollars on Rx food, supplies toys etc for my animals , I am consistently uncomfortable and offended with being interrogated every time I attempt to use your price match policy to save a dollar or two by one employee, when clearly the Petco website is legitimate ! After revealing the price match policy n website, there is no apology etc. Please brush up on customer service skills. Put through the ringer every time . This is my home away from home. It's disrespectful and the fastest way to lose longtime and /or any customers!
