Dr. Glineburg is the best; he provides excellent care. He takes the time to assess full history of the situation with concern and patience; answers all questions. Treatment suggested without excess. Staff is attentive and personable. Seems a bit pricey, but top-quality care for beloved critters.

Dr. Glineberg took a long time doing a very thorough examination of Root Beer to try to determine the cause of her problems, & went over in detail all the possible options for further testing/treatment with his recommendations of the best approach to take. I only wish my medical provider was as thorough with me as Dr. Glineberg is with my dog!

I took my cat in for a nail trim. At 16 pounds, he's a large cat who doesn't like being held and is terrified of everyone except me. They were able to trim his nails without him even trying to get away, he didn't even hiss till they were done & put him back in his carrier. The whole visit tool less than 15 minutes. Excellent Groomers, along with the entire office.

I will forever be grateful to the entire staff at AHHB. I was coming from out of state with my pet. My scheduled boarding fell through with no where to take my pup. I called several vets/boarding with no success in scheduling an appointment or boarding. Long story short, I was able to board my pet as well as all needed medical issues! Other clinics were not even able to see my pet for at least five days. I was able to spend the holidays with my family and my pet was in great hands! Thank you Dr. Holman and the staff. I’m sorry I don’t know all of their names so that I could personally recognize them but THANK YOU ALL

Their manager, old woman with red hair, is incredibly rude. My dog was going to get spayed. I called the vet and asked some questions. I was told the e-collar was included in the spay. I go to the vet for the spay. The estimate says it's like $20 for an e-collar. I ask whats that about? I was told it was included. The nurse said the normally charge for it, but since I was told it was included in the spay I wouldn't be charged. I got to pick up the dog, they want to charge me for the e-collar. I ask what gives? The manager comes over and I tell her what happened. She scoffs at me and says, "It's not free!" No, I thought it would be included in the price of the spay (which was a line item on the bill) which your staff told me it would be; just like how the bandaid on my dog's arm or the sutures in her belly are included in the spay. I don't really care about the $20, it's the disrespect of this woman. It doesn't even matter that I've spent of $10,000 on medical bills in the few years I've been coming here for. You shouldn't be rude to your customer especially if you think your staff messed up. I was appalled by the manager's rude and dismissive attitude, which created a hostile environment. Time to find a new vet to spend more tens of thousands of dollars at caring for my pets.
