Their manager, old woman with red hair, is incredibly rude. My dog was going to get spayed. I called the vet and asked some questions. I was told the e-collar was included in the spay. I go to the vet for the spay. The estimate says it's like $20 for an e-collar. I ask whats that about? I was told it was included. The nurse said the normally charge for it, but since I was told it was included in the spay I wouldn't be charged. I got to pick up the dog, they want to charge me for the e-collar. I ask what gives? The manager comes over and I tell her what happened. She scoffs at me and says, "It's not free!" No, I thought it would be included in the price of the spay (which was a line item on the bill) which your staff told me it would be; just like how the bandaid on my dog's arm or the sutures in her belly are included in the spay. I don't really care about the $20, it's the disrespect of this woman. It doesn't even matter that I've spent of $10,000 on medical bills in the few years I've been coming here for. You shouldn't be rude to your customer especially if you think your staff messed up. I was appalled by the manager's rude and dismissive attitude, which created a hostile environment. Time to find a new vet to spend more tens of thousands of dollars at caring for my pets.

I worked with this animal hospital to prepare all the documents, health certificates, and verifications needed for exporting our two cats from California to the UAE. This process involves many labs, tests, and even medications required to qualify for the health certificate, plus verifications from different authorities in the U.S. — and they handled every step perfectly. They were professional, detail-oriented, and always on time, helping us save a lot of stress and effort. A special thank-you to Leslie, who guided us through every requirement with great care and professionalism. Highly recommend them for anyone needing international pet travel documentation and verification.
