For clients who prefer not to supply food, we provide Kirkland Chicken and Vegetables dry kibble, which holds a 5-star rating from the Dog Food Advisor. Kennel decks are available for larger animals and elevated cots for smaller dogs. We supply blankets for pets who are not destructive chewers. Is your facility climate-controlled?
Our facility maintains central heating and air conditioning to ensure consistent comfort levels year-round. For pets housed in outdoor runs, either by client preference or when indoor capacity is reached, we utilize misters, fans, or additional bedding to maintain comfort. We prioritize moving all animals to indoor accommodations as space becomes available. During high-volume periods, this process may take longer, but transfers occur as promptly as possible when indoor runs are vacated.
How often are dogs let out during the day and for how long?
Our guests receive exercise periods twice daily. Morning sessions allow time for elimination and physical activity. When weather conditions permit, dogs spend at least 30 minutes outdoors while their enclosures are sanitized and their water and bedding are refreshed. A second exercise period occurs around 3:00 PM following the same routine. During extreme heat, outdoor time is reduced to protect animal welfare. Similar adjustments are made during rain or other severe weather conditions. We maximize outdoor access in our spacious yards while prioritizing guest safety and comfort.
