Recuperating pets are boarded in rooms, dog runs, or cat kennels. The boarding areas have been designed to maintain a high level of hygiene. Pets suffering from communicable diseases like PARVO are housed in the contagious ward. The boarding and grooming facilities are lodged on the second floor. There are 40 dog runs, varying in size to provide a comfortable home for a Chihuahua or a big St. Bernard. The cat condos are completely separate from the dog runs. I failed those precious animals that has been admitted to this hospital of death. It's been 2 years 4 months 4 weeks of the day my dog passed away in the hands of the cash cow franchise. We are still grieving of the horrific pain and sorrow that our dog had to endure. Me and my children had to watch her die slowly it was unbearable. We arrived at the location at the time it felt very unpleasant. Customer service was rude and unpleasant They treated my dog as an infectious disease which I didn't know the significance of her health. I should have left then, but my dog was very ill. She needed medical attention and fast. After 30 minutes of waiting, they took us in the treatment room. They ran test and came back in with a list of prices of what it will cost to keep my dog living. They diagnosed her with pravo and had 85 % of survival which was high? I had high hopes. She was admitted on a thursday which the procedure was going to take 72 hours of IV drips with medication. They called me back on friday and said that they are closed for the weekend and that I had to come pick her up. Mind you the procedure is 72 hours what's going on. She was there every bit of 20 hours if that. So when I arrive to the facility to pick her up, once again I sat in the treatment room, I talked to the nurse. She told me that they were only going to charge me half for the procedure, which would have been $620.00. She gave me the paperwork and left. Doctor came in told me about measures I had to take at home. Excorded me to the front desk. Gave me a bag of medications to administrate to her and to keep her hydrated. Here's the messed up part. It's time for payment as i'm thinking there only taking half of payment since they only provided a portion of the lifesaving measures. It was $25.00 office visits $1231.00 for the procedure and $280.00 for the medications. A total of $1536.00. How is it that they charged me?Just to let my dog die. We could have just kept her at home to let her die slowly it wouldn't have cost anything. Cremating her was cheaper than what this so called animal hospital charged me. I do apologize for not posting this 2 years ago i was in mourning!!.
And fouling disputes after disputes fighting them, but they won. I had no documents to prove my case because they stole them out of the treatment room I was rushed out of. I left them behind because I was so distraught that I had to take my dog home. When I got home, I realized I did not have the paperwork. So I went back to retrieve them. They told me they didn't know what I was talking about This place don't care about your animals. They just want the money. The doctor is very rude and disrespectful and very unpleasant fast talking pushover, no patience. My baby died June 18th 2023. That following tuesday, I went back to get a refund for the medications that she didn't take. The doctor looked at me like I was crazy and said he is not refunding contaminated medications. SMH i just walked out with no response.I would recommend that you take your animal elsewhere for medical attention. This is not the place. If you love your animal, take the time to do research. I wish I had of but I was desperate. To all the precious animals, owners be safe and know who you're dealing with. As they neglected my dog.I wish I could give them no stars because they don't even deserve one. But I had to give something to post.

I had a wonderful experience at Hesperia Animal Hospital! The staff were friendly, caring, and made my pet feel completely comfortable. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and truly showed compassion and professionalism. The clinic is clean, welcoming, and well-organized. I’m so grateful for the excellent care we received. I highly recommend here to anyone looking for a trustworthy vet!

I went here to get a prescription refill for my dog. I recently moved here from Illinois and my dog has Cushing's that requires daily meds to manage.
I took her in and was treated like I abuse her. She is a very skinny dog after having under gone severe surgery a year ago and never put back on weight. The vet told me she was " near death; may die at any moment". I explained to them how she eats and just does not gain weight and just wanted her meds. They demanded she get testing so I paid $980 for them to run UNNECESSARY tests on her.
When I came to pick her up later in the day, her leg looked like they beat her. She was so depressed and quiet after the trip.
they called me two days later with results but wouldn't tell me anything over the phone and that i had to come in. So I did since I still didn't have pills for her. Only for me and my husband to come in during our work hours for the doctor to tell me there's nothing wrong with her AND he wasn't going to give me a Rx until I threw a fit! They gave my a paper Rx and basically told me to get out. They wouldn't even help me find a pharmacy that could fill it. I came here because they were listed as a pharmacy as well
they don't even take appointments! What a joke

Thank you so much Dr. Ahmad and Dr. Ballesteros also your entire team for saving our dogs life (Holly). They where able to remove her spleen that was 7-10 times the size it should have been. Holly has been an emotional support dog for my wife since we got her 3 years ago. The doctors have gone above and beyond to make sure Holly makes a great recovery. Dr Ahmad has been caring for her since she was 8 weeks old. Also Dr Ballesteros has been caring for our toy poodle (Toby) who is now 20 years old. We highly recommend Hesperia animal hospital.
Thanks again,
Jeff and Gini
