  So, I just went in there to buy a muzzle for my dog and I asked the cashier where they were located in the store. She then proceeds to ask me, what will you be using it for? I told her it's none of her business what iam using it for and she said, well I don't want you to hurt your dog. Look lady, I've been a dog owner for over 40 years and never hurt any of my dogs. I don't recommend shopping here unless you don't mind getting the third degree when purchasing an item. If you're writing a book you can skip this chapter!!

  When I got fish, I signed up for vital care under false pretenses. We were told it was “like rewards” and a price was never mentioned. We figured it was like when you get a rewards card at Walgreens or a gas station, you don’t pay for that. Recently, we tried to cancel and when we turned off the automatic billing in the app, they still took the money out the next month. We called and tried to cancel which the First Lady didn’t help at all, and told us we couldn’t cancel our MONTHLY subscription because we did it in may, so we have to wait for next may. I hung up, called the line and spoke to another lady, told her the same things I told the first one, and she cancelled it after asking way too many questions about why we don’t need it and how our day went. Overall, ridiculous and extremely avoidable by workers explaining their programs properly.

  It would be nice if they put price tags on things. Flea medicine All the price tags are jumbled together where you can't tell what anything is. Even on the display model in the middle of the floor that doesn't have actual product in it They didn't price the individual items even though it's the display. That doesn't go home and just demonstrates what the items are and how much they cost. They still didn't price that just a jumbled up price tag at the bottom for it very expensive, very confusing item.

  I am new to the area... and new to Pet Co. The young woman who manned the cash register was stocking shelves behind her since no customer was checking out. She assisted me in reading directions of the Flea spray product I was purchasing because I was unable to see the small print. Then she checked me out. She was so very sweet. Guided me through the steps. Explained things to me for signing up. She is was more than professional, she was caring and helpful. She made me a believer in Pet Co! One Great Employee!!!!!
