They really like to sell their plans. Long story short, they wanted to x-ray my dog teeth so they can extract the tooth while they dont do fillings or any restorative services for the tooth. Saw a Dental Vet and was told my dogs tooth is absolutely fine and covered with dentin and no pulp exposure. Which I knew already bc she dont have any reaction using that tooth or me poking the tooth. Its a business... its not a hospital that care about you or your pets actual needs. There are more caring and more affordable vets in the area.... I have lost all my trust with them.

Last night I went to the Banfield Pet Hospital inside PetSmart to pick up Simparica for my puppies. I am currently paying $175.50 for 2 puppies on a wellness plan that includes six months of flea treatment. One thing l've noticed is that if you don't come in monthly, there are no reminders or follow-ups-even though you're still paying a hefty monthly fee.The staff member who assisted me was extremely rude and unprofessional. While looking at the computer, she behaved dismissively and said, "Um, it says here you're rehoming the puppies." I began explaining that I had planned to but have not yet, and that my plan is still active. Before I could finish, she completely ignored me to enthusiastically greet a coworker who walked in, leaving me mid-sentence. The sudden shift in behavior was disrespectful and made it clear I was no longer a priority. I only mentioned the possibility of rehoming previously so I wouldn't be pressured into renewing another year of a wellness plan-certainly not to be treated poorly for another year. For a company that charges for ongoing wellness care, the lack of basic professionalism and customer service is unacceptable. I expected much better. I usually take my puppies to a smaller, locally owned pet store and the groomer and store staff actually care-they remember you, they're kind, they don't treat you like an inconvenience on a screen. And they sell Simparica anyway. Even better. Why keep paying a big corporate chain that can't manage basic courtesy. I only have 4 months left on this contract and I am letting them know NOW that I will NOT be renewing this plan for another year of dissatisfaction. I could get way more for way less some where else.

¡¡Horrible experiencia!! Horrible experience🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 They only care about taking as much money as possible even putting animals in danger.
