  I purchased shrimp labeled as “ghost shrimp” from this Petco, but they were actually whisker shrimp (Macrobrachium), which are known to be aggressive and not compatible with neocaridina shrimp. After adding them to my tank, they killed almost my entire colony in 2 days—about $100 worth of neocaridina shrimp. I returned the shrimp right away and spoke with store management, and I also filed a claim through customer support. I was told the issue would be escalated, but over a week later, nothing had been done and I received no follow-up. Upon reaching back out today it was never escalated. This situation wasn’t due to normal livestock loss—it was caused by incorrect labeling of the species sold. On top of that, the lack of follow-through on my claim has been frustrating. I’m disappointed in both the misidentification and the customer service process. I’m still hoping for a resolution I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.. Update! I was finally contacted but the issue is still unresolved and I’m awaiting proper escalation, during the follow-up call I was accused of being dishonest and they said they would not reimburse for any animals not purchased in store and then she HUNG UP. This experience has been extremely unpleasant At this point, I am requesting a goodwill resolution in the form of store credit to close this matter. I would also like confirmation that this complaint has been properly escalated and is being reviewed. Case # 14133242 I have already filed a report with better business bureau and cal doj

  Lauren is the best dog groomer there. Sweet and available for requests. New to the area so she isn't booked complelty yet.

  The staff was very helpful. I bought a harness for my cat but she refused to wear it. I brought it back and they told me I could have my money back but I told them that I wanted to get her a couple of toys so they did it all in one transaction instead of two.
