- AVArthur VardanyanAug 18, 20241.0Wasted my time for an hour explaining the plan of training, and even though my dog wasn't giving any trouble other than moving around at times just like any other dog, the trainer said that she can't train him because he needs more advanced training and then I can come back to them. The question is, after advanced training, why do I need to go back to them if the trainer clearly stated that she can't even train the basics for my dog? All I needed was some obedience training, while they made a big deal out of it and refused to work with my dog, making my poor pup look like a troubled dog, which is not the case. In the end, They referred my dog to behavior specislist for dangerous and problematic dogs, which again is not the case. I'm very disappointed.
