I had a very disappointing experience at this Petco grooming salon. During my dog’s grooming appointment, my dog was cut while being shaved, and no one informed me about the injury. I only discovered it afterward. Accidents can happen, but what’s unacceptable is the lack of communication and transparency. As a pet owner, I trust groomers with my dog’s safety, and this experience broke that trust. I hope management addresses this seriously so it doesn’t happen to another pet.
