  I stopped by this Petco to look at some fish and also animals after a long stressful day from work. I came before lunch so the plaza was not that just and finding parking near the front was easy. This store had some nice fish, geckos, snakes, spiders, birds and hamster out on the floor to look at. The employees here are very friendly and are ready to help when needed.

  I visited this store today and was immediately confronted with blatant rudeness and an unprofessional attitude. A salesperson named Chris (a woman) was indifferent and rude to a simple question—where can I find a leash for a puppy that's used in a car as a seat belt? I'm not a troublemaker and kept my cool. A young salesperson passing by helped me in a matter of seconds—that's an example of professionalism and culture. People like Chris should be fired. They're a disgrace to the company's name. And people like that young man should be encouraged and held up as examples. This store should be avoided. I didn't come there for a walk, I came there to spend money, and I want proper service and treatment.

  I like this petco specifically because of the employees (cashiers and the manager I believe … if his name is Kevin B…? Not sure if he is the manager). They’re friendly and pretty knowledgeable. I didn’t even know I had a nutrition perk until one of the ladies told me about it!!! I have a cat & a dog and I’m usually buying cat food more often than dog food since the dog food lasts me quite a while and when I finally was able to claim a free bag of food, I had both dog food and cat food in my hands. I figured they’d give the cat food for free but the lady nicely told me that it doesn’t matter which one I choose. So… of course I chose the dog food and only paid the difference which was nothing compared to the full price I usually pay. Also, sometime last year, there was a coupon that the cashier didn’t apply … not sure why… so when I was sent an email for feedback, I informed them about it and Kevin B responded by firstly apologizing and second letting me know that the next time I come in, to ask for him so he can honor the coupon amount. I never did because I didn’t need anything else at the time for my pets but just the fact that they go above and beyond is enough for me to keep doing business with them. Plus, Petco’s perks outweigh their competitor so I’ll always buy my pets food from here especially since they’re the only ones I know of that have nutrition perks!
