Everyone always seems to love being there and very eager to please. I had to return an incomplete item that I also decided wasn’t a good fit for my needs and the return couldn’t have been simpler. The cashiers are so sweet and have given me helpful tips every time.

I came before lunch so the plaza was not that just and finding parking near the front was easy. This store had some nice fish, geckos, snakes, spiders, birds and hamster out on the floor to look at. The employees here are very friendly and are ready to help when needed.

A salesperson named Chris (a woman) was indifferent and rude to a simple question—where can I find a leash for a puppy that's used in a car as a seat belt? I'm not a troublemaker and kept my cool. A young salesperson passing by helped me in a matter of seconds—that's an example of professionalism and culture. People like Chris should be fired. They're a disgrace to the company's name. And people like that young man should be encouraged and held up as examples. This store should be avoided. I didn't come there for a walk, I came there to spend money, and I want proper service and treatment.
