My dog is a giant breed and difficult to handle. This establishment was patient, attentive, professional, and nonjudgmental. I regret not bringing my dog here sooner.
- RRrinnNov 8, 20251.0TERRIBLE PLACE! Stay away from here. They disrespected my cat and myself. The Asian Lady Doctor was so rude with me. Never coming here again. They charged me $89 for a 2 minute visit. I myself had to weigh my cat down because the stupid nurse guy was scared of my cat. My cat isn't going to bite them nor hurt them?? The doctor tells me that she's uncomfortable with my cat??? Terrible. Never coming here again.

The invoice was $222.43, the voucher was $300.00 thats a $77.57 balance... how can I owe $61.93 if the balance was higher? The voucher program did not pay $25 from the $222 (AFTER THE APPOINTMENT), that is what caused this issue NOT because I didnt pay $25 at the time of the appointment. The timeline matters. North Valley did NOT itemize the $25 that was NOT covered in the $300 voucher. The voucher program later did NOT pay the $222. This was NOT my fault. North Valley took me to collections when the issue was with the invoice and the voucher and what was not covered NOT with me. I was NOT aware that I owed any money at the time of the appointment and there is NO proof, evidence, documentation, facts, invoice or any other reason to believe I owed $25.
