I've been having problems getting appointment to have my pet teeth cleaned. Never a vet is onsite on Saturday to clean them

We’ve trusted the team at Banfield Glendora with our French Bulldog Kingston's care for the past six years, and the level of dedication and compassion they’ve shown has been nothing short of exceptional.
From routine checkups to more serious concerns, our veterinarian Dr. Verdin, has always taken the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer our questions, and make sure we feel confident about our dog’s care. What truly sets them apart is how much they genuinely care—not just about treating issues, but about our dog’s overall well-being and quality of life.
Our Frenchie can be a little stubborn and sensitive, but the staff always handles him with patience, kindness, and professionalism. It’s clear they treat him like one of their own, and that gives us tremendous peace of mind every visit.
Over the years, they’ve been proactive, attentive, and consistently reliable. We’ve seen firsthand how their expertise and dedication have kept our dog healthy and happy, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
If you’re looking for a veterinary team that combines knowledge, compassion, and outstanding service, we highly recommend Banfield Glendora.

My doodles Rafi & Rocki are regulars at Banfield Glendora and our fave Vet has always been Dr.Verdin! She's professional but compassionate being a dog owner herself. She sees all the dogs that come to her just as her own and my Rafi & Rocki are lucky to have Dr. Verdin attending to them going 7 years now! From their timely vaccinations, neuter & spay, their comprehensive and dental procedures, to some challenges in their overall health growing up and well into our pets' adulthood, Glendora's Banfield Pet Hospital and Dr. Verdin has proven time and time again that they, with all their friendly staff from reception to vets and clinical team, have been our family's reliable partner in making sure our best furry friends live their best lives!

The vet, Amy Raines, took the time to explain the root cause of an allergy issue we are having with our dog. Other places gave temporary solutions so that we would have to keep coming back. Amy truly wanted our dog to get better and not have to be bothered anymore. Truly appreciate her!
Frequently Asked Questions About Banfield Pet Hospital
Does Banfield provide emergency care services?
No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
Can I get veterinary care online?
To help pets and their people stay healthy, Banfield clients who have Optimum Wellness Plans® can get remote general pet care advice and triage support directly from a veterinarian 24/7 through Vet Chat™ on the Banfield app.
What preventive pet health care services does Banfield offer?
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including:
• Vaccinations
• Dental Care
• Parasite Control
• Nutritional Counseling
• Behavioral Counseling
• Comprehensive Examinations
What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
