We have two female huskies, and he handles them with such care and ease. They always look great afterward and come home happy and relaxed. We switched to this location because the groomers are stellar here, and Mike has truly exceeded our expectations. Our girls are always well taken care of!
- AOArmen OSep 3, 20252.0This time I was very disappointed with the grooming service. We paid $68 for a visit that was supposed to include a wash, haircut, and extra procedures. The groomer only trimmed our dog’s nails and returned him after two hours. She didn’t wash her, the tear stains under her eyes were left as they were, and the hair between his paws was not trimmed even though I specifically mentioned it. We are growing out our dog’s coat, so we didn’t need a haircut, but we expected at least the other services we paid for. Instead, we were charged $68 just for a nail trim. We have been to this location 7 times before and never had this problem, but this time the service was very poor. Our dog is now uncomfortable, constantly licking the long hair between his paws. Very disappointed and not sure if we will come back again or look for another company.
