  I had such a good experience with Ali the dog trainer. I will definitely be bringing my dogs to get trained.

  Petco consistently has the products we need for our furry family members. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and provides excellent customer service. They are also knowledgeable about the products and the animals in the store, which is especially helpful when we have questions about specific species or care needs.

  I have only been to this store two times. The first time I went was to buy a furminator shampoo for my dog. I also bought a can of spray for in between baths. After I got home I saw that the one product didn’t work (it didn’t spray at all). So on Sunday March 1st, 2026, I needed to get my dogs nails clipped, so I thought I may as well take the unusable product back, at the same time. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I was embarrassed in front of other customers, because I was rudely told they didn’t sell the product. I even spoke to a manager who told me the same thing. They even brought up the receipt but they told me it was something else. Why would I insist I bought the product at that store, if I bought it somewhere else. They could bring up the receipt, so they could have brought up the camera proof of what I bought. I’ve never been so humiliated in my life. The two customer service people were both rude. I’m thankful it happened though, because I didn’t get my dogs nails cut. I wouldn’t want people like that near my dog. It wasn’t about the money cuz I was just going to throw away the product, but went to take it back since I was going anyway. If you care about your pets, I recommend not taking them there. Rude, rude, rude customer service.
