- APAndrew PerezDec 20, 20201.0Booked appointment for grooming at this location because it was the only one I could get before Christmas. When I took my dog in the lady was rude and said she couldn’t take my dog because he was aggressive. I have never had that happen before at any other location, especially the riverpark location where my dog is a regular. She offered no other future appointments with another groomer, nor offer to call another location to help expedite setting a new appointment somewhere else. Nor did she even apologize for the inconvenience which was the professional thing to do, and all I was given was attitude. You just can’t make people do their job. I was very disappointed, and I will never return to this location for anything, as well as recommend to anyone else to do the same. And by the way, my dog is a little 8 pound shih-tzu who is friendly to everyone. And even to other animals. Guess he just didn’t like her, I guess animals do really sense those things. He already knew.
