My first order said that the costume and toy was picked up, and the person who gave me the order, told me it was out of stock. It took me 30 minutes on the phone to get that resolved. I needed to re-order the costume, because the first one was too small. When I got home, I opened the bag and only one of the two pieces of the costume was in the bag. So I will be returning it today.

There was nobody around except a young girl standing at the register. After waiting 5 mins, thinking maybe someone will approach us, nope… looked around. We didn’t see any other customers in the store, so we asked her for some assistance, and her facial expression and noise she made definitely let us know we were bothering her. She walked over, rushed and rude, and asked, “What fish do you want?” Everything about her felt so negative and rushed, like this was not her job. So unfortunate. We love our aquarium pets and have cats and dogs. We buy plenty of things from Petco, but we won’t be returning with that service. I will take my business someplace else.

This last visit the poor young lady helped me but people were coming up to pay for purchases. I finally told her I was in no hurry and take care of them and come back when available. Cute as a button and really tried to cross-sell me more fish and plants!
