Called this store looking for a certain cat food brand. The Inventory Mananger Sierra was gracious to hold them for us. Well I wasn't able to go until today. When we got there Sierra was happy to see us and we were happy because she held them up front for us that day! Thanks Sierra, you went above and beyond when it comes to customer service. We and the fur babies are grateful!

“Shon” the rude Asian guy who says he’s the animal manager was extremely rude . I came to buy my kiddos two gold fish and he wouldn’t sell them to me because I have a 10 gallon tank and he felt the need to say that I’m abusing animals infront of my kids because aparently my tank it’s too small but yet PetSmart has 100 gold fish in one tank. I actually bought a 10 gallon tank because a person from a different petco recommended I get a 10 gallon . I understand that maybe I need a bigger tank but I think it’s beyond ridiculous that he didn’t sell me the fish . I could of upgraded the tank but he was just straight up rude ! No people skills at all . Now a days people who are rude are becoming team leaders , don’t waste your time coming here ! You will walk away feeling disappointed.
