I wasn’t so happy with that option since I was well within their return policy, so I wanted it back to my credit card and another employee shrugged it off and pretty much told me I had no choice but store credit and I would have appreciated if they tried a little harder since I did not pay with store credit and I even paid for a vital care premium membership(unrelated but just saying I spend a good amount of money at petco). Maybe cash out something, they could have made something happen but anyways I didn’t like the way the worker made it seem like I was being a nuisance or something. Anyways, screw this location

- RRRatDec 19, 20251.0Dude this sucks, the cats kept fighting/biting each other, and very hot in the room even the lady in charge was sweating. We talked to the girl in charge of that room and she said "Okay?" And didn't say anything or did anything about it. I feel so bad for those cats all locked up in there. Also in the photos it shows the lady and in the other two cats fighting, they were cornering a grey white-ish cat.
