While difficult, the staff was very kind and helpful and even sent a condolence card. Our girl is almost 19 and Ace has been a great vet for her. We have also used their boarding services for ~9 days and it was a good experience. Well priced and it included providing nightly fluids (she's in early kidney failure). The bad reviews are surprising. Strange that there's a cluster of bad reviews in just the past 2 days but months or more separate each of the other reviews.
