Dr. David and Bethany and all the staff were amazing. They made us feel at home and took the time to explain all the possible recommendations and outcomes. After determining that Bayleigh May have been having allergies a steroid shot was suggested in administered, and within hours she was much better. thank you to the staff we appreciate it and will definitely be back

- AAAshley AndradeSep 19, 20251.0My dog was in serious distress due to a rapidly spreading skin infection. It was so severe I was concerned if he would make it due to the swelling around his airways. I called Brookfield and made an appointment for 10am. I arrived a few moments before my scheduled time and was told that my appointment was supposed to be at 9:30am and that the doctor my dog was going to see had already left for the day and they had no more appointments. I was then told I was called and the doctor left a voicemail, which is patently false. I never received a phone call or a voicemail. I expressed that I was concerned he wouldn't make it and without even second thinking it she told "I am sorry youll have to find an urgent care or go somewhere else" I simply can not believe that. Ultimately I went to Beach Garfield Pet Hospital and they were phenomenal. I called them, obviously upset and crying, and their response was to "bring him in now" and they got him quickly. I would not recommend in any way Brookfield Pet Hospital and would encourage all to go elsewhere.
