  Muy mal servicio, una de las recepcionistas que habla español es muy grocera y prepotente es una señora ya grande de cabello largo. Aparte no puedes hacer cita para las vacunas y te hacen esperar horas para atenderte. Y muy caro todo. No lo recomiendo.

  I ended up commig here because my dad brings our older dog here and since I came in with my puppy, this place has shown me that it was the wrong place to put in my money and puppy's health. 1) some girls don't have manners, some of them (specially)think that they were making me a favor taking in my puppy for his vaccines. 2) lacks on customer service knowledge (if I were your manager, I will definitely train you on giving out an excellent customer service). Don't explain what to do if it is your first time here, they're rude, don't even answer when you say " hi", etc. 3) it has way to many people working and in opinion you should have less. They make you wait A LOT! 4) They're web side is not updated with the right information, and if you call, they don't answer. If I would have the change I will give this place 0.

  Nice building and relatively good prices. However Rude employees, long wait times even with an appointment. The doctor will rush the exam when finally being in the room after waiting. I'd recommend looking for a more hands on and friendly veterinary office.

  Very helpful and supportive front desk, pet handlers, and doctors. I’ve been coming for about 3 years for the cat I adopted. This is my first cat so I had a lot of questions each year/visit and yet I was never made to feel bad for asking questions. Most recently, Esmeralda at the front desk was a perfect example of how to be kind and patient. She explained my cat’s procedures with good tone, pacing, and zero signs of annoyance. My cat Dolly will keep coming back!

  I don’t get all these bad reviews. I nearly cancelled my dog’s teeth cleaning appointment when I read them. But I am glad I gave them a try, because they were great! My appointment was on a Tuesday- drop off between 7:30-8:30. I arrived at 8am, checked in at the kiosk and dropped off my dog in about 10 minutes. There were 2 other dog owners waiting to be seen at that time in the morning. I picked up my dog at 4pm. Again, there were about 2-3 others waiting to be seen, but nothing like the hours long wait in the other reviews. Maybe those reviews were from people who went on the weekend? Idk- it wasn’t crazy busy at all on a Tuesday. And the teeth cleaning itself was MUCH cheaper than what 3 other local vets had quoted me. So thank you, AMC!
