She gave my dog an ear swab but never told me the results but gave me some useless tube of meds and the dumb receptionist said to use my finger to put it in my dogs ear. She gave my dog a rabies shot although my dog wasn’t due yet. She would not return my phone call. She upsold me a tube of “mousse” with no instructions. My dog’s paws are still not resolved. Dr Chen is the worst.
- DWDonna WattMar 10, 20265.0We have been clients at Brookfield Pet Hospital for over 20 years. The vets have always been thorough and kind to us and our dogs. We currently have a Pom with LOTS of hair. Paula the dog groomer is fabulous brushing all that hair and trimming it.

Our dog is terrified of going to the vet (any vet, or basically anywhere) but she tolerates going here and the staff is very patient with her as she hides behind my legs. The allergy shots have helped her immensely. I love that we can book appointments online!
