They refused us as our dog was in pain and weak because there was a 4 minute delay. We took our baby home that day and she died just as we got home, she passed away screaming in pain instead of being put down peacefully. Horrible receptionists and would give this place 0 stars if I could.

For being a humane animal hospital, there is nothing "Humane" about them. I've looked everywhere all day to try and help our dog and found this hospital by end of day.
They knew we were on our way. I had called them and explained our circumstances about how our dog was suffering and was not gonna last the night this was 4:40pm when I found this hospital and spoke with them. Unfortunately we needed to euthanize our dog. I tried my best to get there as soon as I got off the phone with the reception is to be there by five o'clock.Unfortunately, while driving there our ETA was showing we're gonna be there 4 minutes after 5pm. I tried calling to let them know. I was really 4 minutes away literally, right down the street. But they turned us down. The hospital closes at 5:30pm, but last walk i is at five o'clock. Given the circumstances and I was literally right there waiting to turn into the parking lot, 4 minutes. They refuse our services because of 4 minutes. It's horrible that for them to turn us away knowing we had our suffering dog with us. That was in pain, it was horrible seeing my kid's crying wanting to help their dog only for us to be turned away for only four minutes. There was no one waiting in the office. Just the reception there. They could of helped us. This was a sad experience we try to get there in time. They turned us away and my kids had to see their dog suffer, cry and scream in pain. This experience will forever be with them. Our dog passed away in pain because the Humane Animal hospital had Turned us down, rejected to help us, dismissed that fact our dog was suffering because of 4 minutes. How is this Humane?
They disregarded the chance to help an animal from suffering.
