- BCBrad CoonsDec 20, 20251.0Very disappointed in my experience today with Petco. Alyssa spoke rudely to me as I was 2 minutes late past the appointment time. They refused to service my dog and accused me of yelling at her on the phone and using the F word with her which she loudly and audibly used back to me when checking in. Gina, Alyssa’s manager was there to witness it and was cool calm during the experience. It was my fault I was late to the appointment but after several bad experiences with Petco grooming I won’t be back and I will tell others to avoid Petco Grooming.
