- NWNicki WoodsFeb 12, 20261.0I took my puppy in to get her 3rd set of vaccinations and was told that the ones she got at 6 weeks were done to early and no good, so she would need two more sets. Then she tried to sell me a package for two sets of vaccines for $200+. While waiting I researched and found vets recommend 1st vaccines at 6-8 weeks. When I asked to cancel, she said ok 1 minute and then walked away (rude). Disappointing. Do better Vetco.
- NANelli AguileraFeb 1, 20264.0Quick, easy, and great in terms of cost. Staff were friendly, vets were professional and overall had a great experience in the vaccination clinic. The only thing I would note is that communication could be better on Rabies vaccines - we took two dogs for vaccinations, were told they offer 3 year Rabies vaccines but one got a 1 year Rabies vaccine and the other got a 3 year Rabies vaccine. We reviewed the details and found that both 1 yr and 3 yr vaccines had the same lot number and serial number, which made me think the wrong expiration date may have been entered on one of the vaccines. Went back a week later to discuss with vet but Rita at front assured me that both the 1 year and 3 year Rabies vaccines have the same serial number and lot number, and cost the same. It is cheap enough to just go back every year for the Rabies shot, thankfully. For those who can't afford $100 extra fees due to getting a 1 year Rabies vaccine as opposed to a 3 year vaccine, please just ensure you ask the vet what rabies vaccine you are receiving (whether 3 year or 1 year) when in the room with them and check your receipt before paying.
