I asked about an item she said I would have to come in and look if they have it ??? I want to know if it’s available or not to avoid going for no reason? I also never have problems putting in my number and finding my account only when she’s there. I always spend $50+ and when she’s there I don’t receive my coupons because she has trouble “finding my account” ?? I’d enjoy going to Petco much more if she wasn’t at the front register.

( The product is kept under lock and key) Went back in a couple days as told to find product still not available again boxes remained on the shelf. This meant waiting in line twice without getting the product we went to get. Then went to Petco in a near by town to find multiple boxes on shelf waiting in line for a third time without obtaining product. Staff again very nice and helpful. Went to Walmart got the product and saved money.
