  Karen helped out my boyfriend and I out when our dog got fleas. She was so knowledgeable about the products they carried and what our best option would be for our situation. She brought us to where the product was and explained the differences between them. She was so kind, welcoming, genuine and professional. I have literally never written a review for anything before, but she was so outstanding and we had such an incredible experience because of her.

  I come there when I have questions about my aquarium and the girl in the fish section is always so kind and helpful answering all my questions and concerns. She is why I continue to keep coming back. Unfortunately I don’t know her name, I usually come on the weekends.

  I love shopping there. I had to unfortunately return unopened cat food because my cat became very ill having stage three renal failure. Petco took all my cans back and I was able to get right there in the store, low phosphorus, wet food that he could eat I am so thrilled. I didn't know Petco carried those all the people that have helped me. There are so nice and understanding. I am very, so very grateful that Petco has that return policy and also carries items that he will be able to eat still.

  I was absolutely thrilled with the cat adoption offered by Petco in conjunction with the wonderful team - Friends of Felines. They are fabulous in rescuing & fostering so many feline pets!
