- MMMichelle MaeDec 8, 20251.0Many reasons for the one starfirst one horrified me that happened me 19f and my mom went into petco to my a new hide for my hamster and saw another mother and daughter i happened to go over and just not recommend them bye a hamster there witch they already new but they also mentioned a dead hamsster in the cage I looked at it and it was on its back mouth open definitely not breathing so I told an employee and they played it cool she opened the cage and touched it when she did it literally tiped over she picked it up took it to the back and came back with a completely different hamster as i was cheaking out she came over and told me the hamster was completely fine and I could go look if I wanted it just walked out the store also most employees are super rude and disrespectful but the also get there small animals such as hamsters,mice ex. from a animal mill.
