I will never come back to the vaccine clinic. I waited 30 minutes and had to arrive early. The staff could have cared less about my dog. The technician gave him food without asking me not knowing his allergies or what makes him sick. When I handed my dog over to the technician she grabbed him with so much force he cried. He had been acting and doing so good and happy until they took him. I asked them to not pull as hard and they said they had to put that much force or a muzzle and so we tried the muzzle and he was still scared with the amount of people that were in the room and with everyone watching it wasn’t a private room. They said they would need to do the pulling or we could leave. I said bye. I will not be returning and am disappointed. Staff is a disgrace

I love this location- they are kind, thorough and knowledgeable and they know my pets. We went through a pet loss journey last summer with them and they were top notch and compassionate. Exactly what I am looking for in a vet practice, from the front desk, techs and vet staff.

Wow after seeing the rating on here why am I not surprised.
Dr. Horowitz refused to see my cats after I made the appointment. I couldn’t even talk to her because of Dorothea.
Wasted 30 minutes here waiting in line standing holding two pets. Talking to Dorothea and finally having them tell me they’re going to have to run tests since they haven’t seen my cats after at this clinic. They are just after your money. I have never had to do tests for a regular vaccination. I bring my cats to various vets and locations every year and they never ran a test unless there was a concern.
Dorothea the technician also really needs to groom herself. Super long nails that have trouble typing on the iPad and dandruff all over. I usually don’t attack a person like this but she could be nicer.
Both appointments cancelled and brought my cats along this whole ordeal. How inconsiderate and inconvenient.
Originally it was just one vaccine. $50. But then they wanted to run test, $59. Then they have a disposal fee so it would be around $122 per pet. Wow, I am speechless
