From my very first visit, I was impressed. The store is clean, organized, and welcoming—but what truly stands out is the team. Drea, in particular, delivers a level of service that is rare to find. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. On my second visit, she greeted me by name and even remembered my employer’s name—something you simply don’t see anymore. That level of care and attention made a lasting impression and truly set your store apart. Encinitas is now my go-to location, and I will gladly choose this experience over a typical grocery store. Originally we would pick up our fresh food at the Del Mar kitchen location, however since this Encinitas store has opened we've been getting our food here. The always-friendly and very help gals that work the Encinitas store, Drea and Alia, are genuinely amazing! They always know what food my dog likes and they are warm, welcoming and kind! My dog loves visiting this location and so do I! Such a great benefit to our community!
