Don’t know if he was having a bad day or that’s his everyday personality. Then told me to go to a different location instead and doubled down his refusal of not assisting with the return. As someone who enjoyed the experience of coming to Petco with friendly staff, this was just not it.

- PVPilar de VeintemillaNov 11, 20251.0I’ve been taking my dogs for years to see the veterinarian, we purchased the vital care premier, That supposed to cover your comprehensive exam, for 400 a year that is super expensive because he only goes ones a year but we did it anyway, today they couldn’t fined my membership so they made me paid for the exam, that is $90 dollars, when already paid 400 for the year, they said that I have to call customer service to get them to reimbursed me the amount we paid, what a waste of my time. No customer service at all, we will not go back there.
