- PSPat SimpsonOct 25, 20251.0First, I was not allowed to see the kennel my dog was going to stay in for 8 days. Are they partially outside? They told me no staff after 5 or 6PM. Constant all day/night barking and wining is not good for any animal. When I picked her up she looked in shock. She didn’t recognize my voice until I called her repeatedly. I repeatedly visited before I left my dog. “It was never a good time to see the kennels, feeding, shift change etc. ALWAYS insist to see where your pet is going to be housed. And insist to know when they will be out to play and or walked. I felt horrible after I picked her up. I expected to see my little happy 12lb dog and it was the opposite. .

The staff was so kind, sent me update photos and a paragraph daily which helped my peace of mind while leaving her somewhere new for the first time. Also really appreciated them letting me put her into her kennel and carrier myself. Overall great experience boarding with them and will be recommending to all my friends with cats! Thank you all for taking such great care of my baby (especially Jack for those sweet report cards!)
