You shouldn’t work in a job where you have no idea what you’re doing. I took my dog here for a medical issue, appointment started great. She told me he needed meds, they had one in stock, one i should order online. The medication website they suggested to me was absolutely abhorrent with communication between themselves and the vet. To the point where I was playing admin trying to get everyone’s fax information. Two weeks this went on, Lyanne at vetco still claiming she hadn’t gotten it. At some point after TWO WEEKS, they had it in stock at the vet so I finally can give him this med. After all that rah rah back and forth of me doing THEIR job. I’m supposed to have an appointment yesterday and they cancel THE DAY OF “due to a gas leak” … I called today to reschedule and they said “oh yeah sorry about that, our vet had cancelled all appointments due to personal reasons” SO WHAT IS THE TRUTH. You are playing with peoples emotions and loved ones, don’t work a job if you have no compassion for your patients. And teach Lyanne how to put in a prescription correctly! And if you’re going to LIE, make sure everyoke has their story straight! lmao just dumb!
