Each employee has treated me and my fur babies with respect and care & this is why I continue to come back.

- MMMegan MatthewsApr 1, 20261.0I am extremely disappointed with the service at this Petco. We purchased a bearded dragon here that became ill and stopped eating shortly after we got it. Despite our best efforts, we realized we were in over our heads and tried to bring it back. When we bought the reptile, we were explicitly told we could return it if it got sick, "no questions asked." However, when we went to surrender it, the associate refused. She claimed she checked with her manager and they wouldn't accept it, telling me I had to take it to a local animal shelter instead. The customer care was terrible. I never even saw the manager she supposedly spoke to, so I have no way of knowing if she was even telling the truth. If you’re looking for a pet and want a store that stands by their word and their animals, stay away from this location.
